About Dennis Gonatas

I was born and raised in the Mahoning Valley. My journey lead me to complete the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy & serving as a full-time Police Officer at the Mahoning County Sheriffs’ Office. While serving as a police officer my wife & I opened Gonatas Pizza in downtown Struthers. When my father lost his battle with cancer, we restructured our lives so we sold everything and I became a manager for one of the largest cellphone carriers in the US. Always wanting to be a realtor, I completed Real Estate Classes at Hondros College. I am a full-time Realtor & a certified Relocation Specialist who knows the tri-county area. I am a proud member of the Youngstown Columbiana Association of Realtors, Ohio Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and Dave Ramsey endorsed local provider. Being a Notary allows me to give you an extra level of customer service you will not get from most realtors. Being dedicated to my clients won me these awards: 2015-2021 President's Club Winner.
